Giving Up Phatmass- Please Pray For Me!

[color="#ff0066"]I am leaving, though. I've realized that various sites including MySpace, Xanga, and LiveJournal are utterly useless in the way of value. I gave up AIM for Lent and don't miss it at all, and now I feel extremely compelled to give up these sites that are nothing but vessels for wasted time and distractions from the Lord. Soooooo, bye bye, Phatmassers! I might peek in every now and again, but for the most part I must bid thee all adieu!

Feel free to email me at IrishPsyche39@sbcglobal.net if you need to get in contact.

Finally, I leave you with a few of my favorite quotes...

"I rejoice heartily in the LORD, in my God is the joy of my soul; For he has clothed me with a robe of salvation, and wrapped me in a mantle of justice, Like a bridegroom adorned with a diadem, like a bride bedecked with her jewels. As the earth brings forth its plants, and a garden makes its growth spring up, So will the Lord GOD make justice and praise spring up before all the nations." -Isaiah 61

"Yet it was our infirmities that he bore, our sufferings that he endured, While we thought of him as stricken, as one smitten by God and afflicted. But he was pierced for our offenses, crushed for our sins, Upon him was the chastisement that makes us whole, by his stripes we were healed." -Isaiah 53:4-5

"Purity and simplicity are the two wings with which man soars above the earth and all temporary nature." -Thomas a Kempis

"If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." -C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity

"Something of God...flows into us from the blue of the sky, the taste of honey, the delicious embrace of water whether cold or hot, and even from sleep itself." -C.S. Lewis.

Mr. B might die of shock if work starts getting turned in his class.

Good idea though, the light of the computer screen can be mesmerizing and consume life.
