I've always wondered. God created Lucifer. God is all-knowing, so he knew Lucifer would rebel when he created him. How did God not create evil?

It means you should grow up and look around.

The fact is God never promise ANYthing in this Earth.

So, if in your whole life on Earth, you suffer like concentration camp prisonner then YOU SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN!!

I have given you the cold hard truth. The first post (which was deleted) is like a smack in the head to make you see clearly.

Do you want comforting? THEN ASK!! I willl show you how you could feel comfortable regardless of all the cold hard truth.

what about growing up and looking inside...i've heard that before...and sometimes we fail to do such a thing....

the cold hard truth??? i'm not sure if i agree with that, but i don't have to....you're entitled to think what you want...and i will respect that...but you sure seem to know how to put holes in another's sail....

i think you can be honest and truthful and be Christ-like doing it....

I am not complaining...i am simply asking questions...there is nothing wrong with asking questions...questions i've had myself along with questions of others....i am sharing my hurts with the people who want to hear and asking questions to others who might have an answer...and opening myself up to vulnerability to receive criticism for doing so...

those are thought-provoking questions...so, did God create evil--satan?? some say yes, some say no....but what would be the reason if so??...hmmm...

Isn't Lucifer the same as Satan

well, then evil...evil existed in the garden with the serpent...what is the reason?? could it possibly be that God wanted to see what man would choose??i don't know..that just came to mind so i thought i'd throw it out there.... ;)

Apparently, God doesn't see, he knows. God has always known how, when and where everything will happen. If this is true, then God intended for some of us to be evil. Meaning you are not responsible for your thoughts or actions, because they have been planned out by God.

i don't believe that God intends anyone to be evil...it is free will that we all have...because God loved us so much and didn't want us to be robots he gave us free will....i believe you are responsible for your actions and words....you CHOOSE...the question is, what will you choose?? to follow God or deny Him??

I just read something in my Bible that i thought was interesting...it is in the commentary section...it says "love is more important than knowledge. knowledge can make us look good and feel important, but we can all too easily develop an arrogant, know-it-all attitude. many people with strong opinions are unwiling to listen to and learn from God and others. we can obtain God's knowledge only by loving him. and we can know and be known by God only when we model him by showing love.... Angel, like Lucifer once was, has free will.

You have to understand that the all knowing part doesn't work in a time continuum.

You, bound by the time continuum, could say, "Hey if God knows that in the future Lucifer's gonna rebel, then He shouldn't have created him in the past."

The fact is, there is no past, present future before God. Everything is NOW (not the "now" as in present).

But if He knows what you are going to do, why does He hold it against you? Then free will is just an illusion. God created you to follow His plan, but you can't see the puppet strings.

I don't understand how everything can be at the same time. So if we are veiwing in "God's time" Christ is crucified right now as my baptism is right now as my goddaughters baptism is right now as "Friends" second season is right now. Everything happens at the same time?

I guess the world has already ended. But at the same time, it has just begun.

None of it makes sense to me. That's why I abandoned religion a while ago, but not belief in the existence of God

i believe we have free will...it is not just an illusion...but when talking about God being all-knowing, all-powerful, and all that, it does bring confusion to the thoughts of free will....that's a tough one to tackle!!
