Apparently "your hair is nice" or "you have beautiful eyes" can go wrong. But not, "Ooo, sweetheart, you have such a lovely high waist." Andrea348 Posted March 13, 2006 Share Posted March 13, 2006 i had given my 5th graders a writing assignment in music class the other day because they could not behave themselves. as i was going through the essay's most were pretty bad. then i got to the essay of one of the girl's who i struggle with a lot. she has sooooooooo much energy and is always in everybody else's business. she also flips really easily. i've had my troubles with her. she was writing on topic, but by the end she started saying how she really likes me because i'm nice and don't treat her like the other teachers do. i was like, awww.... i also have one 1st grade class who does nothing but compliment. i walk in the door and they all start "Hi Ms. D!!!!" one by one, not all together. Then they comment on every thing!!!!!!!!!!!! I like your skirt. I like your hair. I like your earings. I like your shoes.
