musturde
I'd add Nutella to it (chocolate spread).

I was thinking this would be like a pound of beef, bacon, fried egg, coagulated milk and butter... ala Homer Simpson
DemonSlayer
Maybe those could just be added to it.

Thy Geekdom Come
Elvis' favorite sammich was PB and banana with bacon, fried. I haven't ever had it fried, but I've done the rest and it's yummy!

Quietfire
I've never tried bacon on my PB and banana sammich. Sounds good though. Oh and the ingredients that one cannot find like the marshmellow stuff...try the peanut butter and jelly section of your grocer. I think in the Northeast we call it "Marshmellow fluff", not sure though since I've never had a hankerin' for it. The icing...try the cake section. It sounds like a basic buttercream icing (your basic Betty Crocked cake icing)which, much to the horror and fallout I am expecting from this next explaination, is nothing more than lard and sugar. Yep, tis true.
