I just didn't want to hijack the thread with a question about our unusual spelling. But here goes.... Of all the former British colonies, why are we the only ones who spell differently? Was it a deliborate effort? There... whew... now I feel better. Thanks. Cricket, anyone?

Pope St Clement 1
yeah, well... I wouldn't have a clue how to play it either....
All you have to remember with cricket is that you have 2 sides - one out in the field and one in. Each man that's in the side that's in goes out and when he's out he comes in. And the next man goes in until he's out. When they are all out the side that's been out comes in and the side that's been in goes out and tries to get those coming in out. Sometimes you get men still in and not out. When both sides have been in and out, including the not outs, that's the end of the game. (And with regard to each man that's in the side that's in going out - well, then of course, he's in)
