Duc_In_Altum
I have been told that every Catholic church when it is built has some small flaw intentionally crafted into it's design. A priest in my diocese pointed out the one in his church several years ago but he may have been joking with me. Is this true? Why do they do it? Thanks. -Joe
Pontifex
I have never heard of an intentional design flaw. Although it sounds like a good line to give people if I ever construct a Church with a flaw in it. haha. Sincerely, Fr. Burns
Pio Nono
JMJ 2/22 - Chair of Peter Long, Gothic cathedrals used to be designed just barely crooked in the middle so that people didn't get dizzy and faint. True story. -PN
