And there are soooo many other wonderful books out there on her too!! What strikes me is the fact that during her whole life she was basically unknown outside of the convent. And look at what God did once He took her home to Him!!! Now she is one of the most popular saints. And her spirituality is so beautiful. I'm the same age right now as she was when she died....I can't IMAGINE having accomplished what she did. What do you think? Her hair is so long in that picture. Was she allowed to keep it long or was that a wig somehow? And of course, the PCPA and other poor clares cut their hair upon entrance to the Novitiate. I found that pic online as well, but I can't figure out how to post it here!
