prose
So, my two year old seems to have caught the virus I had, and now has a fever of 104. Medication seems to be helping bring it down, but I am still worried. Poor kid

prose
It seems to be steady at about 100.3 ish now.... As long as it is there, I feel much more comfortable. Thanks everyone for your prayers!
cmotherofpirl
The fever is not as important as keeping the child hydrated - so plenty of fluid.. Try Pedialyte. I can't spell it, but you know what I mean. And don't wrap them in a zillion blankets.

homeschoolmom
We keep pedialyte around, but my kids don't like it. I might get those pediapops (frozen) for the next go round... You can tell a lot about their "wellness" based on their mood. If they have a fever, but are still playing there's probably no need to worry. It's when they are lithargic that it gets worrysome. Although any sick child is worrysome. Prayers.

prose
She seems to LOVE the pedialyte we have here, so no problem there! Plus she's eating popsicles like crazy. I even got her to eat some chicken noodle soup.
prose
Okay, so by now, everything seems quite better. Her fever is down, she is sleeping well, and she didn't throw up again (I think it was b/c her fever was so high). Thank you so much for your prayers!! I am sure that is what has helped this day go by better and better. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
