Tony
My dad told me he was going to Niagara Falls Easter Weekend, and invited to take me... but here lies a big big problem.... if I go.. that would mean I would probably miss Easter Mass, which I am not going to do (Mortal sin after all)... I say possibly because its still possible I can shinagel something togeather if I can find a Sunday Evening Mass in my dad's town or my town. This is one of the reasonsI get so depressed.. so much to do.. but when the "Oppertunity"arises.. I can't . the driving thing.. lets just leave it as I cant drive.. or there will be tonsof"Why don't you?" type things. that's not what this is about.. it's just to vent and stuff I guess.. and ask you pray all goes to God's will.. and that I am not sad afterwards There are some other things I have to look into to decide if I am going. but they aren't of religous fashion (money and stuff).. but if it comesdown to rather Mass or Niagara Fals, I must stay homeand go to Mass ofcourse, right?.. and if so.. I hope attending this one Mass cheers me up for weeks/months/ oh heck..let'sshoot big since hope is a virture... years. I love travel too.. my daily life doesn't seem like "living"
Church Punk
Niagara Falls NY or Niagara Falls ON? You should go because its really something else to see and just go to Mass there!

photosynthesis
tell your dad that if he really wants you to come with him, then he should take you to Mass. go to Masstimes.org and search for parishes in Niagra Falls and then tell him that he has to take you to one of them. morostheos
You could probably email any of the parishes there and ask them what would be your best option - there are 7 Catholic churches in the town - I'm sure one would be convenient! Here's the Diocese website: http://www.romancatholic.niagara.on.ca/par...iagarafalls.htm

Era Might
I went to Niagara Falls a few years ago, and while I was there, the Feast of the Assumption was taking place. It wasn't hard finding a Church. We just walked around and found one.

Era Might
Yah. We didn't have a rental car or anything. We were just walking downtown and saw a Church. Unfortunately, the Assumption was not a Holy Day in Canada, so the Church didn't have Mass. But that shouldn't be a problem with Easter. Just find out where you're staying, and find a Church nearby. Mapquest it. There should be a lot of Churches within walking distance in downtown NF. It's Canada, for Pete's sake.
Tony
I think a majority of the time will be spent at Casino Niagara, on Falls avenue.. so I am sure the Hotel would be right around there.. I dont even think my dad knows which one yet though. This would require me to walk over a Mile in a town I dont know, unforutnatly.. which pretty much means going to Mass in Niagara Falls is not an option.. Id get lost mind you I am not trying to make excuses for myself.. because I am putting going to Mass above all. I talked to my mom about this.. she told me "you can't go to Mass all the time!".. I told her "yeah when am sick" the way I see it,it's technically true that I can't go all the time.. but it's not like I am being kidnapped and being taken there, if the option is there, I must take it. So if the only option for going to Mass lies at a time I would be in Niagra falls, I must stay home.. as mich as it would eat me up inside
morostheos
Hotels often have free shuttle services - you should check into that. Your dad wouldn't even be willing to spend 5 min to drive you there and 5 more to drive you back? If you haven't asked, you really should.
