Luthien
You should have just burned it.
I would, but I live in a city neighborhood. Im pretty sure you can't by law set fire to things in your yard. Mum and Dad wouldn't like a fire in the house either. Thanks Soj, you're making me miss my old house in the boondocks where I could burn Chick Tracts in my grill. Fiberglass melts. I bet you could dig a small pit in your back yard and burn it.

Didacus
Is there an internet website that does not look too 'catholic' that refutes this forsaken book to which I can refer this... er... gentlemen with whom I am working that has been continuously bashing this book over my head? Sorry for the run-on sentence... my patience is quickly reaching its limits with this... er... gentleman.... please help... Any recommendations would be appreciated. : (PS: the website cannot look too 'catholic' or immediately this...er... gentleman will discredit it. This guy is actualy taking everything in the book as litterally true, and one of his arguements to support that this is so is that, and quote "Tom Hanks" is acting in the upcoming moive so the book must be true. and no, that's NOT a joke )

Church Punk
The problem about this book is that Brown mixes too many facts with fiction. So to the untrained reader it would be very easy to get the wrong impression about the Catholic Church. I quit reading about half way through the book when he started really bashing the Chruch and God. I was almost sick by what he was saying! After that my first thought was to burn it....LOL It is a good adventure story in the indiana jones kind of way and is written well. Its just a bunch of belona! Didacus
Looks a bit catholic... but its definately a start! I never thought I'd say this but it'd be more convincing if they removed the picture of JP II! Ouch... it almost hurt just saying that! Thanks.... Will give some updates... Didacus
I showed him a couple of printouts and gave him the websites! It worked fairly well. I convinced him to look up the facts and do some research before accepting anything in that book as true; which was all I really wanted to do. LOL; I asked him if the Catholic church was the one who hid the truth for so long, then why does the jews and Muslims (who have in the past each been at odds with Catholicism) corrolate the facts as reported by Catholicism. He is still pondering his reply. Thanks everyone...
