she_who_is_not
OK I'm broke, like really broke and not really gainfully employed. (But we're working on that.) And I need to eat. Suggestions? Other than eating at other peoples houses which is a strategy I'm currently employing. Goal is to get my grocerty bill around 15 dollars a week. Bonus Prize: Whoever comes up with the most creative mac and chese and/or ramen dish can come eat at my house. No cat food. Peace, Amanda

stargirl3:16
Go dumpster diving. No, don't do that. Find the nearest store that gives free samples of food. Coordinate meals accordingly.

Laudate_Dominum
I lived off of a potato diet for a while. I was able to get 10 pound bags for $3.00. I had a whole bunch of ways that I cooked them, and sometimes I'd also get onion (also very cheap) or peppers and other such things. At that time in my life olive oil was like gold. lucasmark83
Being a poor, broke college student, I've been forced to find ways to spice up ramen...my favorite way is to drop an egg into chicken ramen right before it's done boiling...tastes really good...Also, buy some cheap ground beef, and eat it with coagulated milk and pasta... It's how I survive...
