CRAYFISH CRAYFISH CRAYFISH! Thats what they are in scientific journals and papers. :P: I have a friend from Louisiana who insists that they're "crawfish". No no no! Even though cajun cuisine often uses crayfish, they've been calling it incorrectly for the past many many years.

I don't care to eat crayfish that much, they're so messy and gutsy. haha, I don't have a problem with peeling and eating whole shrimp though, since they don't have juicy guts.

Crayfish.

lol, I remember when I was younger one of my uncles caught a few of them in a bucket and showed them to me and my cousins, and we pretended that we were watching a crayfish soap opera unfolding. We even provided voices for each crayfish.













Yeah, I had a weird childhood...
