If you boil them, you don't boil them just like lobster... that's way too bland. It'll come out looking like 'dis: [img]http://dest.travelocity.com/website/destinations/photos/055_101.jpg[/img] Or you could make a crawfish etoufee, crawfish gumbo, crawfish po-boy, etc. You can use them pretty much anywhere you can use shrimp.
