but why do we keep messing around with this carp?

Who's to say that one day someone wont try to steal a Holy Relic or a miraculous host and try to clone Our Blessed Lord? This aimless 'progress' of our civilisation will be halted before too long. I really don't think we should try to play God and recreate the mammoth...they are extinct and God has a reason for that.

...Of course, if a mammoth just popped up out of nowhere (w/o cloning), that would be awesome. It would be like, -yawn- "Oh, I'm sorry, I guess I overslept...Hey, where did all the ice go?"



...Okay maybe not like that, but just it being there would be awesome.

Same here, that is creepy. But I don't think God would let that be possible, I'm pretty sure He'd do something about it.
