benedictaj
Yeah, I can see all you guys anger at this, and when I first heard, I thought it was horrible as well. But the girl doesn't go to church! Maybe it is "just" a piece of jewelery to her! Afterall, they are only saying No to jewelery, I imagine they'd allow people to carry Rosary beads with them..... And it said that the girl "only" believes in God, does she believe in Jesus? as both God and Man? does she understand and believe the significance of the crucifix? Its plain that her mother does.....but teenagers can stop believing in the things that their parents do, as they learn who they are. (its sad but true.) Guest Rick777
yah but she obviously felt "some" connection to it, it had some importance to her. She may not believe every dogma of the Catholic church now but this experience may help her to. I think you are in my opinion being just a little to critical of this girl.
