The Joey-O
So, I hear he wrote something on the Church as a Eucharistic Community and he's Eastern Orhtodox. I was wondering what you guys make of him? Who is he? What'd he do? I know some things, but I'd be interested in really digging into his. I just really don't know where to start. In Christ'l Love, JoeyO.

Myles Domini
Metopolitan John Zizioulas of Pergammon is one of the foremost Orthodox scholars in the world today. He has been at the forefront of ecumenical dialogue between the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Papacy and from the writings of St Maximus the Confessor has developed the theology of personhood amongst Orthodox Christians. Unfortunately his favourable attitude towards Ecumenical dialogue has earned him some flak from those Orthodox with a less positive perspective on Western (mostly Roman Catholic) Christianity. However, His Eminence cannot be regarded as a Latiniser--as some extremists might claim--his theology is fundamentally Orthodox including his ideas on the Primacy and the distinction between essence and energies in the Godhead. The Joey-O
Thanks Myles. Would you happen to know what books and articles he has written? Is there a particular one that makes him famous or is his best in some way?
