All queens are rocks.

thus all rocks are cyborgs.

No vampires are reptilians.
Some reptilians are frogs.

thus some frogs are vampires.

No elves are blonds.
Some elves are not crabs.

Thus some crabs are not blonds.

No sheep are boys.
All writers are sheep.

Thus some writers are boys.

It all makes my head hurts

A properly constructed syllogism is always valid, but whether it is sound depends, like any argument, on whether or not the premises are true.
