Where I come from we call winter hats TOBAGONS or sometimes sock hats. Many people argue with me. I know there is the sled...tobagon. But honestly, lets get real folks....it's really a hat! ha

Okay, JuCa...now honestly. We've tried to convert you to the "real" way of thinking. Why would a hat be called a sled? It's just not logical. The proper term for a hat worn in cold weather would be "sock hat" or "stocking hat" (we won't even get in to that one...That's what I hear in Indianapolis...or shoot, why don't we just call them "warm hats"

And for all those who DON'T have snow...First of all, how do you live without looking forward to a good snowball fight or sledding experience every now and then? I mean I vacation to the beach..you guys need to vacation to Indiana in the middle of winter. YAY!!

Reminiscent of my semester studying in Canada, I prefer to call my winter hat at toque. :D

A toboggan is most definitely a sled, and one of the best kinds of sleds at that! How else could all 4 of the kids in my family fit on one sled?? (then only one person has to carry it back up the hill!!)

THANK YOU! I was racking my brain to try and think of that word! lol

(Toque, pronounced like "too" with a "k" sound off then end, rhyming with kook. :D)
