AfroNova No Limit Soldier
As God Jesus was there at the Creation, as a human child he still has to learn to use the carpentry tools to help his dad. Jesus is always divine, the God-man, but the human side did not have total access to the knowledge of the divinity. You can google it, or ask a priest you trust, or go to the library. Here's something short from EWTN: http://www.ewtn.com/library/CHRIST/CE_CHRIS.HTM Mind you, Christology is a whole nother world in itself. What pops into my mind is the icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The story is that our Lord as a child was frightened by the 2 archangels who appeared to Him & bowed down to worship Him. He ran to His mother & in His rush He snapped His sandal strap. Take a look at the icon and you will see Jesus as a child looking with fear/trepidation at the angels. Okay, so here's the article on Anne Rice's reversion to Catholicism: http://www.cnn.com/2005/SHOWBIZ/books/11/0...e.ap/index.html Let's pray for her. She is on the road back to the Fullness of the Truth. I know when I was on my journey back to Rome, I questioned contraception, gay marriage, etc., but now I am a staunch orthodox zealot. She has been through a lot, and it seems she is genuinely seeking our Lord. I mean, to turn back from eroticism & athiesm - how great is that! Five years from now she could be... on EWTN! In ten or fifteen years, maybe the official biographer of the Pope! Who knows that God has in store for those who love Him. And there is more joy in heaven when the lost one has returned. Thanks be to God! JMJ
