halfway to potentially getting fired

reminds me of the Dairy Quene I worked at.. Owner put his son in charge of the place.. whom got all these 15-16 year olds to be shift leaders. ( and here I am 23-24 at the time getting bossed around by them).. looking back on it, the job was more enjoyable when people a little more mature happened to be the shift lead.. coinsodence? I think not.

I don't say this to offend.. its just. you need someone with a little more.. experience to do something like that. see what I'm saying?
