CatholicAndFanatical
Frankcdnj, I do have one question..you said you heard the demon scream commands at you, what did he sound like? I often wonder what the voice might sound like when people say they heard God speak to them or a demon. Have you seen many movies that have demons on it, do they sound like that at all? Im just curious, im glad you got through it. As far as I knew, Satan cannot do anything unless God says he can or allows him to. So if you are in that situation, rest assured God wont let it get to far and its for your Greater Good. CatholicAndFanatical
hyperdulia again
phatcatholic, i used to have obscenely blasphemous images and thoughts spring into my head when i went to pray, but then i started asking (and still do whenever i pray to anyone other than her) mary to pray with me and they ended. Frankcdnj
PM Alien. The commands were in a voice. But the voice was in my head. The voice would tell me to do something. The voice sounded like a normal man's voice. It did not sound like ET's. But I knew who it was when I heard it. Frank

geetarplayer
Whoa. I hate the devil. You should love him. But you don't have to like him. It's very very sad and scary, but true: Whenever we sin, we obey satan. That smells of elderberries majorly. Now, someone on this thread topic said that it's pointless to pray for the devil, but why is it pointless? All things are possible for God, right? No heart too hard or out of reach? What is it about the devil that makes it seem like God can't have anything to do with him? -Mark
Ash Wednesday
*bump* *nudge* Catholic and Fanatical, I believe this is the thread you're looking for. :D As for Satan's redemption and anyone else in hell, it is my understanding that their redemption isn't possible, because they reject God and have no desire to repent of anything, and never will. Like the C.S. Lewis quote about hell being locked from the inside. If I'm mistaken, please correct me, y'all.
hyperdulia again
repentance come from yielding to actual grace. god is not nudging (with grace) people in hell to repent, he did that when they were alive, right up 'til the moment of death. Seatbelt Blue
My friends Adam and Alex have been dealing with a demon on and off since September. We've managed to get a name, too. Ramiel. Ramiel has been oppressing me - hindering my prayer life through physical distraction - and has been actively causing pain to Adam.
CatholicAndFanatical
Thank you Ash Wednesday! :D well if the voice is in your head and it sounds like a normal voice then maybe I have been hearing the same things. Like some of you that posted on here, when I pray, I start to think about things of the past that I shouldnt be thinking about but rather praying to get rid of. I always ask myself after a thought like that "Wow, where did THAT come from?" its like for no reason at all Id start thinking of something sinful. Wierd, I thought it was just me and my crazy imagination. Maybe it was inDouche Demons playing with my head. As for praying for Satan, I dunno, its already written that he's going to burn in Hell for all eternity. Dont think theres much hope there. But I do feel sorry for him, having so much hate for no reason at all. God Bless everyone. CatholicAndFanatical
CatholicAndFanatical
:o No Kidding Seatbelt? I will start to offer my prayers for the deliverance of Ramiel and for Our Lady to come to your side. Blessed Mother, please rescue Adam and Alex from the snares of evil that surround them. Through your most glorious intercession let them be delivered to your Son and the demon cast into Hell. I pray in the name of Christ our Lord. Amen St Michael Defend us.
