WHO stands for World Health Organization.  they are organization that promotes condom use in Africa in an attempt to halt the spread of HIV/AIDS
Whats more important? Abstinence (finding the right person then sharing sexual behavior)? Or promoting (something that is against the moral code) things like condoms? Not saying you promote WHO.

Abstinence.
Basically it says that Condoms don't offer the protection from HIV that people say they do.
Nor do they offer the risk that people say they do.

Allow me state on the record that I am totally in favor of abstinence and totally against the use of condoms. But the emphasis on the "huge holes" in relation to the "tiny viruses" that allows "millions/billions" of viruses to get through is misleading.

Right. It's too big of a risk.
what does this say? Its possible for viruses to get through condoms? Right?

Look at it this way:

You inject a pebble into a rhino. You then drop the rhino on an open manhole. (Making sure there are no sewer workers in the area, of course. They get peeved when you do this sort of thing.) Now, typically, the pebble would be able to pass through the manhole. However, you've injected it into a rhino (who is quite peeved, actually...the drop didn't improve his attitude much, either) and it's likely to stay with the rhino, rather than go skittering on its own down the manhole.

There, clear as anything!

Well there are not huge holes, but it is possible for the virus to go through.

It is not likely, but that is another strike against condoms. (not to mention everything else.)

Oh it is worse than comics. Why, that is Minsc the Barbarian, and his brave companion Boo the hamster!

They are from the computer game Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast. D&D computer game.
