(and that way if anyone says anything against it, its just denial because they where not lucky enough to experience the joy of sexual pleasure before the age of say... 8 years of age) I knew this would come sooner or later... Next... beastiality for everyone! A new definition of pets... Isn't this all just GREAT! /sarcasm of course Sometimes I wonder why its taking so long for the culture of death to die out.... thessalonian
[quote name='Didacus' date='Sep 20 2005, 01:16 PM']No, not kidding. I replied, and the emails went back and forth a bit today, but she backed out of the argument saying it was inapropriate at this time. In family gatherings, like X-Mas and such, my borthers and sisters see me as a fanatical Catholic. My mother just shakes her head when she hears the replies they give me sometime. I have 5 bothers and sisters, and amongst them, only myself and one of my sisters actually support concepts like "Jesus really existed and he is not a simple allegory." and "There is a hell, and a prugatory." Its like teadching cathechism to a bunch of 10 year olds who think they are so much smarter and supperior to you they don't even bother listening logically to your arguments. Now I'm depressed. On the bright side of things, that same sister I quoted is now revising her beliefs on purgatory and hell after we had a similar exchange last week. baby steps, baby steps.... Aloysius
homosexuals have been telling us for years that this would never happen... that the line would be drawn with homosexuality. they didn't realize, the only line that could exist is drawn long before homosexuality... you can't redraw it because it's the line of the natural moral law. America is going the way of old Rome except without the good parts and in an age of Christian revelation which makes it ten times worse. think about it, we have these "ultimate fighting" shows... how long until we have fights to the death for entertainment? perhaps they'll use criminals on death row for it! the Christian Religion shocked the world by enshrining the innocence of a child. Christ was the first to say "unless you become like one of these little ones you cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven". paganism attacks children... always. our society is pagan, it's attacking children. this is disgusting. Didacus
Remain calm Aloysius, remain calm. The more I read, the more I know, the more I see the standpoint of the church in the world. They knew, even before Vatican II, that the crisis was coming, or that it was already there, and could not be avoided and worse, could not be effectively fougth. The church, I am beginning to believe, hold the stand point that the only effective action is to let the poison run its course while keeping the faithful as shielded as possible. Once the theology of liberation and the culture of death will have passed, the critical portions of the church's body will have survived and the truth contained in the church will be intact. Our job is to stand tall, be strong and be faithful. We can only weather such a catastrophic storm.
