I apologize if it came across this way. This is a team of servants not positions and I apologize if it looks that way. I hope you still consider my offer. Please read the hip hop board where I responded to your post. The only purpose for regional directors is that with large groups there is always problems in communication. Take this message board for example. By making one person responsible for an area I need only contact one person in each area to give and receive information. Also it helps in terms of accountability so that when Praise Reports come back about what is going on in the promotional side, then we can deal with it.
