toledo_jesus
in the host. **The full Body and Blood of Christ is contained in both species, bread and wine. So, you only need to receive under one species. I don't receive the cup. You are allowed to receive the cup however, in which case you will say "Amen" and very carefully receive the cup from the priest (or, more likely, some old bat who calls herself a Eucharistic Minister) and very reverently take a sip, then give the cup back. Fides_et_Ratio
or, in addition... from the chalice: 1. bow 2. the deacon (or other suitable Eucharistic Minister.. or, sadly in most cases the Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister) says: "The Blood of Christ" 3. respond: "Amen." 4. reverently take the chalice and take a sip, and then carefully hand the chalice back to the deacon (or other suitable.... etc.)

Fides_et_Ratio
if you can receive the host (i.e., you are of age (/have received your first communion) and are free from mortal sin), than you can receive from the chalice if it is offered (some parishes don't offer the chalice to the laity). Fidei Defensor
At my parish, the Host is dipped in the Blood, if you recieve on the mouth. So it would be "The Body and Blood of Christ"

Birgitta Noel
Yup, intinction, and I believe that it can only be done by the priest, and never by the communicant!
