Masons helped shape the nation?

Well, technically the Masons do have a few myths about the building of the Temple of Solomon, etc. on which they base the content of their rites, but the real problem isn't what masons BELIEVE it is what they ARE.

They are a secret society that practices an unrecognized religion outside the authority of the Holy Catholic Church. This, in and of itself, means participating therein constitutes moral sin (perhaps apostasy), and one which does not lend itself to acceptance by any believing Catholic.

What's more frightening are the many, many religious sects that have sprung from the mythology and practice of masonic teachings, like the Rosicrucians and such. These groups take masonic theory and ritual and turn it into an actual RELIGION. Probably the most prominent derivative from masonic practice is Mormonism, whose rites borrow heavily from the tradition masonic rites.

Its kind of depressing to know all this now, knowing how many are deceived by some Protestant Demoniations that are secretly Masons.
