can someone suggest a book(s) for getting over the sin of homosexuality?

Good question, but let's remember one thing - homosexuality is not sinful. Homosexual acts are sinful, just like heterosexual sex outside of marriage is sinful. But being a homosexual, though it's a huge cross to bear, is not sinful in itself.

There are a number of good books to help homosexual men embrace a life of chastity. My first recommendation is [i]The Courage to be Chaste[/i] by Benedict Groeschel. Two other good ones are [i]The Truth About Homosexuality[/i] by Fr. John Harvey (director of the organization Courage) and [i]The Battle for Normality[/i] by Gerard J.M. Van den Aardweg.
