Well, they had a pretty slimy texture ... but they were cooked in garlic and butter. And that made 'em taste really good.

escargot. Yummmm...they are kinda salty and are very firm. Honestly, they taste kinda like portabella mushrooms.

Since they are normally baked in butter, they have a buttery (duh) flavor to them as well. And garlic-y too...ususally.

I'm sorry. I was with a host family and didn't want to insult them. I had broken their shower anyway.

Ummmm fricassee. My grandma used to make rabbit when I was little. It tastes pretty good.
