I too Kilroy am familiar with the taste of crow.  It's even better if it's alive.

I don't admit to being wrong I just violently swing between positions.

Or you go into some long spiel about why even though you were wrong, you were still more right. :):P

I am never wrong, I have been known to admit to being wrong when I am not wrong.

I have to admit that I am wrong.  My husband is extremely stubborn (more so than I am - if that is even fathomable), and in order to keep our marriage sane one of us has to admit being wrong (whenever that happens, of course). :)

That does not mean, however, that I admit I'm wrong when I really don't think I am just for the sake of peace. Oh no.

hehe I'm the stubborn one in our marriage... of course, if he really has a good point I can give in and let him have his way sometimes. (Like right now his family is up the road painting and doing all the repairs that need to be done. (I was operating under the delusion that it wasn't so bad and I could wait and paint after the baby is born because I love doing that kind of thing and wanted to do alot of it myself. HA!!!!)

If I really believe I am right, though, I don't back down for anything.

I dont' really have a problem with being wrong, in fact, I kinda like to be proven wrong from time to time, because then I can learn something from it. :D

But I mean, I get myself into all manner of debates, and I'm more then happy to start with "Hey, I could be wrong, but you have to prove to me that I am, so document or retract".

Az,

I keep thinking of the Proverb "A soft answer turns away wrath". Admitting we were wrong counters the sin of pride, and to do so readily often ends the arguement.

peace...

I usually don't have to worry about this sort of thing, cause I'm always right. Even when I'm wrong, I'm still right. However, that rule applies only to meself and not to others. Phazzan only!
