Hey guys,

If ya'll could, throw up a prayer tonight for Spiritual_arsonist. He's going to tell his parents that he's going to seminary (on the Feast of the Presentation, fitting, eh?).

Two things:

1. Spiritual A, how'd it go with your parents?

2. Just figured I'd draw your guys' attention to today's readings. They're very appropriate for discernment situations.

Wow!

This is wonderfuil!!!

More Semmies!!!

I hope at some point someone asks some of the more important questions:

Are you a faithful Catholic?

Do you accept the teaching authority of the Church thru the Magisterium?

Some of those minor trivial things...

Welcome to the club Bro. May the lord God shine upon you and upon us all (including our lovley sister in christs). May we reap a an abundant of crops and sow many seeds. Congratulations again, it's a tough call to accept but once you do, your life seems to fall inplace after that.

Girls thread seems to be somewhat more active! Just thought I'd revive this to ask how everyone who's discerning their vocation is getting on, and say that I'm keeping you all in my prayers in this Lenten season.

Alas, I've now reached the fantastically crusty age of 22. Soon I'm sure I'll be saying things like "in my day things were never like this"!

Willguy - is your interview with the Bishop? I rmember thinking mine was going to be a low-key one until I turned up and found the Bishop, both Vicar Generals, a lay woman and the Vocations Director all asking tricky questions like "what do you most want to challenge in the Church?"
