toledo_jesus
This map is really interesting stuff. I find it telling that many of the areas we know to be sinnful have a serious lack of priests...LA,San Francisco, RICHMOND....Also, notice how most of the b rowns are concentrated in the southern part of the US, thus proving my hypothesis that Sotuherns are perfect anf God knows it PS I AM NOT TOLEDO JESUS I wish my boyfriend would log out on my comp! I am Craftygrl06.
Piccoli Fiori JMJ
Looks like my Diocese is doing pretty good compared with the others in the state. Yay Rockford!

cmotherofpirl
I would like to see it correlated to the general age of the population.
picchick
I am being wary of the map....it is from USA today.... so like cmom said we should see a map with general age because I wonder if they are playing up the whole priest shortage thing... Piccoli Fiori JMJ
Probably are... but it may inspire young men who see there is a need... who knows...
zwergel88
Wow, it looks like PA isn't doing well, but to be honest it doesn't really seem like a priest shortage here. There seem to be enough.
Old_Joe
Woo Hoo! 7% increase in priests! 2% increase in parishes! It didn't say anything about abuse costs, but I'm pretty sure we don't have much to worry about. (sorry I don't mean to brag)
Old_Joe
Check out Knoxville, TN. 51% increase in priests!

Paladin D
I love maps. Unfortunately, this one is sad. Seems like much of the Northeast is either declining or stagnet. Diocese of Richmond is having problems, at least the Diocese of Arlington and the Diocese of Raleigh are doing better.
