I LOVE THE RAMONES. I have their greatest hits cd. I also am a punk rock fan. I grew up listening to the misfits, dead kennedy's, etc. Misfits used to be my favorite all time group. I like a little of everything now. Even techno, classical, and country. I know a lot of people around here love country music and i will add that you will never find me in cowboy boots and wranglers but some it is ok.

I don't really approve of censorship. If you're listening to an album, and you're editing it, you're not appreciating the artist. If you're not wholly willing to just listen to a song, and accept that the messages you're listening to might not conform to your ideals, I suggest you find another genre. I think the concept of being a 'fan' and at the same time altering a song to suit yourself is hypocritical.

Is that a band? The sound awesome! The Swears! I bet they're really vulgar. I bet they say bad words! They sound cool!

Amen to that!

I used to listen to tons of christian music and I still to do an extent but at the same time I used to listen to NSync and OTown. My tastes in music have changed vastly over the years. If you're really into quality music (not in any way dissing christian music) you find yourself moving away from christian, or at least I did. Now I'm more open to all sorts of music and understand you don't have to have just one type of music you listen to, as long as you enjoy it and it moves you to be a better person or at least gives you a good quote to jot down.
Also alot of times swears are used to express feelings better, ya know, they add that extra umf to what you're trying to say.

Heck if you're gonna sensor swears you should also sensor anything with anything that could be interpreted as something bad. There go all the classic rocks we all know and love, The Beatles, Aerosmith, Led Zepplin, Queen, etc ect. And I'm sorry, a life without Queen is quite a sad life indeed.
