I'm certain my wife will be a great teacher for you. Hey, can I make up a list of things I want you to address with her while you talk to her on the phone? I'll try to keep it under twelve pages - ok?

I'll try...

twelve pages...

ok?

13 pages is my limit, so you're good with 12!

$2.75 around Chicago (I boogled at typing that, but that's what it was!), $2.60 in downstate IL. Shaded across the two in parts between.

I'd tell you prices through IN, OH, PA, and NY, but my data is all of 2 days old, so its useless now!

Bush needs to do something fast. The american economy is way too dependent on oil. His business negotiating skills are either not being used here at all or he is not doing a good job.

12 pages should be a good start (guess I'll send my issues 21 pages at a time).

As far as Bush not doing a good job, that too is relative. I think he is doing a great job of getting richer, but a poor job of being president.

[quote name='zwergel88' date='Aug 16 2005, 10:50 AM']I remember that too.  In fact I remember when  gas was only like 89 cents a gallon.  Those were the days....

I really think that it's time to get the ball rolling on hydrogen powered cars and solar electricity.

I remember when gas was 64 cents a gallon back in 1998! I had a '94 Ford Aspire which got like 40 miles a gallon and had a 7 gallon gas tank...

Those were the days!

I sound a lot older than 23!

(And our gas went down to $2.45 in Missouri!)

northern Va is about 2.50-2.70/gallon and DC is bought to be a but more.

where are you heading to in DC..If you dont have it planned I would really suggest the Franciscan monestary. It is about a mile or so away from the nastional Basilica. It is modeled after the Holy land. Very Beautiful!!!!

God bless
Jackie

I like my car... The only place I can walk to are school (but we homeschool), the park (which we do)... the cornfields (uh... okay) and the other myriad of houses.... I wish we could walk to more places, but we can't. And I wish we had a better public transit system (I've used the great light rail system to just about it's full usefulness... :ohno: I just don't go up and down the Hiawatha coridor all that often.)

And I remember when my mom could fill up her tank (or the attendant would really) on her Ford Galaxy 500, hand the guy a $10 and get change.
