Most certainly a good discussion and my thanks to you for taking the time to engage my points. Looking back, I've made the assertion in the past that science and philosophy are seperate. I'd like to edit that now. After a lot of thought on the matter, I think I was not using the term philosophy correctly, rather falling back on a more slang definiton. Indeed, science would be included in the term philosophy. I still think it is outside the realm of science (or physical science to be specific) to attempt to make statements on things of a spiritual nature (eg soul).

Lol, yes it was one of the best discussions I've had on the topic, and it led me to a more accurate definition of the term [i]philosophy[/i]. So hey, productivity 4tw!! We're not typing these big essays for nothing.
