Europe is becoming an Islamic territory: what they couldn't do in the past by force, they do now by sheer numbers and birth rate.

I've been saying such for a while; I think we need a new religious order dedicated to the reconversion of Europe.

You can "focus" on North Korea?

OK boys, move the gunsights over to Asia. It's more populous, so we'll kill more people with one bomb!

North Korea is on the verge of economic collapse. They haven't tested a nuclear weapon and aren't likely to. China won't allow them to go crazy. I think the US needs to start using it's peaceful avenues a bit more thoroughly.

I disagree; you'll notice that the Iraqis are generally happy we came, and I doubt Bush was motivated by racial hatred.

reallly, and when the camps are built for arab american citizens will you still not see any racial motivation?

You are making a very, very unlikely assumption. That hasn't happened, and there is no reason to assume it will.

I think that sounds very much against Bush's character; I highly doubt he is planning any such thing. He isn't Hitler, much as you may want him to be.

Really racist... both his sister-in-law and his nephew are hispanic.

i haven't said he was racist towards anyone other than aarab americans.

a few years ago i would have said it would be unlikely that the u.s. supreme court would appoint a pres. but it happened.

i would have said that patriot acts, secret trials, and civilians being tried by military juries were unnlikely, but they're all happening.

i would have said that the fbi planting recording equipment in houses of worship was unlikely, but it is happening.

Bush was HARDLY appointed. The recounts give him a 500 vote victory in Florida, which validates his electoral victory.

The patriot act is what is often known as "panic legislation," and efforts are being made to undo much of it.

Civilians? Try Enemy Combatants.

last i checked guilt had to be proven, not innocence.

more americans voted for the other guy.

Whats your point? The president is elected by the states, not the populace.

That love is my point...at that moment the Supreme Court appointed a president when it wasn't clear that he had won Florida.

Pal, I don't like Gore either. I supported Bush, because under the impression that anti-abortion meant pro-life. I was wrong.

He's hardly Hitler.

Anyway, the Court DID NOT APPOINT BUSH. They ended the Gore-demanded recounts - which had made quite clear, several times, that Bush had won - in order to provide time for the winner - Bush - to actually get into office. It takes time to crossover administrations.

Bush DID WIN FLORIDA - and this was QUITE CLEAR by the end of November 2000.
