You'll get used to them Micah.

I've got glasses too. Started wearing them when I was 6 months old. Now I only wear them for using the computer and driving.

Carrie you really shouldn't be using the computer while driving. Its a very dangerous habit!!

If you need another activity while driving, I strongly suggest shaving! It can help to pass the time in traffic jams.

hot stuff! You're restricting my activities way too much now!

No socks and flip flops!

And no computer while driving??

What in the world am I left with?

*looks at hairy toes*

Well....I suppose I could pick up shaving while driving.

Socks with flip flops are totally appropiate, that is, as long as they're the toe socks ;)

[quote name='Old_Joe' date='Aug 2 2005, 02:35 AM']We can be twins!

That's why I got mine, except I'm nearsighted.  (No comments from the peanut gallery, please.)  I couldn't read the overhead notes in class.  I think mine mainly developed because nearsightedness runs in my family.  That and too much TV.  Whatever you don't go to Lenscrafters.  They are WAY too expensive.

Nope...Pearle Vision...and there's one in Steubenville, too! :D

I always try to save my parents some money, but they pretty much insisted that I get a pair with magnetic sunglass attachments, so the glasses cost $219...and insurance only covered $120...

Dude I LOVE the magnetic sunglasses!

Just an FYI, (a little late but what the heck) Sam's Club has some really nice frames and the magnetics as well. You can't always use insurance there but its a great place to get the dreaded "back up" glasses that we all need.
