i was 103 at dinner today, it was extremely exciting. ^_^

Try cutting out bread, pasta, pizza, pop, potatoes peas, and corn: i.e. all the starchy foods. Your numbers will drop dramatically.

If you are eating popcorn make it air -popped , 3 cups equals one carb serving.

My weekly averages are down to 110. <_<
