Okay...so...things I need to tackle...

1.  How do I put text in the right column without messing up the images?
2.  Why don't the links to other sites work?
3.  Why do the other pages of the site come up blank when the scripture page, which has the same coding, comes up correctly?
4.  How do I upload files like images so that others can download them?
5.  Are there any free forum systems out there?

No one has any idea?

1. I don't know what you're trying to do there...
2. Because you didn't put http:// before the links and so it's trying to direct you to http://www.operationmonstrance.org/www.sitename.com.
3. Because you didn't specify the link target as MAIN on the other links so it's not opening in the frame.
4. Just upload them onto your site and provide a direct link to the file on your server, or just put the image up and tell them to right-click and Save As.
5. Yep. YaBB, phpBB, and vBulletin.

Hope that helped. :)

5. yes AMS's forum is hosted for free. by invisionfree, visit our forum there will be a link to the site that it is hosted on.

4. Insert the image into dreamweaver, and upload on the ftp. Put the source for the image whatever it is ont he ftp. Then put link to the file you want them to download either they will need to click it to be directed there or they can save target as to save teh document.

3. Check the logistics behind everything should figure it out.

2. I have this problem on my old site as well when I tried entering soemthing. You have it directed from operation monstrance to the site, you need to put http://www.____.org

1. I don't think it should mess up the image. But then again I am probably wrong.

You can hire a web designer for twenty five dollars if you want it to look awesome! http://www.catholicwebservices.com

1. The right-handed column...when I put text in it, it moves images on the page...really annoying.
2. I tried to put in http:// and it reverted it to a simple www. format.
3. I don't know how to.
4. Cool, thanks.
5. Thanks, I'll look into those. :)

you probably want to set a table so the text/links aren't so close to the left side edge of the template

1. Which images specifically is it moving? You may have to create another table cell over the column if there isn't one there yet.
2. I'm not sure why it is doing that, but you could try putting an extra http:// in so it only takes the first one out (Ex. http://htttp://www.phatmass.com). Without looking at what it's doing specifically in Dreamweaver it's hard to say.

You're already further along graphically than I've tried to go . . . I'm still using Dreamweaver 3 . . . I'd listen to the advisors you already have . . . this reminds me to go look at that Maine Youth Ministry page to see how Azaelia has improved it . . .
