Basically I know this has been discussed alot. but there are recent trails out there that raise this question I honestly think no matter how far Law gets/goes, we will never rid of this question anytime soon.

So I have decented to bring this question up, because of the recent trails. like.

The BTK Murderer in Kansas Finally he was caught earlier this year starts his murdering in the 1960s Hes aleast murdered around 28 people so far, most of them women I think. Kansas doesn't have the Death Penality so even if hes convicted hes not getting death but rather life in prision. He was caught earlier this year his trail has just began, why he hasn't gotten much news media lately I dunno, maybe they dont wanna give him too much attention or something that my take on it.

Scott Peterson was recently found guilty in his trail for the Murders of his Wife & unborn son. His Trail was a difficult one to face and to solve, but they came to the conclusion that' Scott Peterson would face the Death Penality, in Califorina. Problem is with this, Califorina Death Row inmates often rot in the cell for 20 years before even going to the death chamber. So they die in the cells usually more than die in the lethal injection rooms.
These are the most recent cases that raise this question. Both Men are Murderers, Question is, Is our justice system doing justice or are they too soft? or what?

Okay the main question here is.

I am against it, no matter what. I have no right to take some ones life, even if they have done hideously disgusting things to other human beings. Even with the two examples given.

By taking away their freedom, and putting them in prison, where violence and emotional abuse can be rife, I think is a far worse punishment.
