zunshynn
Episode 3! gag me! the story was so bland! Just a bunch of petty little saber battles. You could watch the last 20 minutes of that movie and it would wrap everything together.

Apotheoun
Valcano is better than Dantas Peek. other unrealistic valcano film.
Actually I liked "Dante's Peak" better, but mainly because of the beautiful scenery. Plus I can't stand Anne Heche.
All three of the newer Star Wars movies are uneven in their pacing. They have good parts and bad parts. But of the three new films the "Revenge of the Sith" was the best, and the most like the original Star Wars movies. I also liked parts of "Attack of the Clones." But I have to say this, George Lucas cannot write dialogue., and the absolute worst scenes in the last two films were the "love" scenes between Anakin and Padme. Both Natalie Portman and Hayden Christensen are good actors (well pretty good), and the fact that their scenes together come off as stiff and dull, is a consequence of the poor dialogue and direction. George should have hired someone else to write the scripts and direct the movies, and he should has remained in the background as the man with the "vision." Laudate_Dominum
I basically agree. I've heard Lucas admit that he makes effect movies so I imagine he's aware of his inability to bring the best out of actors. You also have to consider that almost all of the scenes were shot with blue screens. I heard there was not a single shot in all of 'attack of the clones' that didn't involve blue screens. I can't imagine being thrust into random scenario after random scenerio where you are surrounded by blue and expect to act. And while Lucas did the rough drafts himself, I know some other fellows were involved in developing the scripts. Also, I think one of the reasons empire is the best star wars movie over all is because Lucas didn't direct it.

The difference between Bonaventure's position in the West and Palamas' position in the East, is that the doctrine of grace set forth by Palamas (and which corresponds to the Maximian position as well), is a doctrine in the East, while Bonaventure's views are merely the opinions of a particular school of thought in the West. Thus, the distinction between the divine essence and the uncreated divine energies isn't merely an opinion in Eastern theology; instead, it is intimately bound up with the doctrine of God and theosis, and as such it cannot be denied. Paladin D
Every scene in ROTS was filmed indoors, except for Tatooine (which was actually recorded during the AOTC production). Revenge of the Sith is my favorite out of the three, but I still like the other two to an extent. Each film had it's strong points. The love scenes could've been done better, but you also have to think of it like this: do two teenagers/young adults in real life actually speak romantically in elaborate language to each other, everyday? Say something that sounds really corny, and your job is to not make it sound corny. Thats how hard it was for them. I agree the romance acting could have been more realistic, I dunno why GL stuck with those takes but there still good to a certian degree.

He is more of a man with a vision, and not a writer.
White Knight
Did he not write some of the most famous lines in movie History? you have to be pretty darn good/rememberable to do that.
zabbazooey
I agree, the romance story in the prequals was really cheesy. But the rest of the movie makes up for it, especially Episode III!!! I love ROTS!
