How long do you think that Christmas and Easter will stay national holidays?

Christmas break is now Winter Break. Easter becoming Vernal Equinox Day is right around the corner.

yea, they don't call it anything religious and sometimes go out of their way to put "spring break" no where near easter <_<

LOL, I don't know if I'd go that far Kat. At least in colleges spring break is generally the same time every year depending on the semester schedule at that school. It's Easter that moves!

oh... well mine wasn't. easter was acually usally closer to the middle of the semester, but SB was the 2nd/3rd week of march when we started back in almost february. but if not all schools hate God, then yay! :)

Always :P Because no matter how atheist a person is they are not about to refuse a holiday devoted to food and gifts, no matter how wrong and hypocritical it is.

I don't think they will need to change the names of these holidays or abolish them. They've already succeeded in emptying these holidays of their meaning. Today Christmas is more about consumerism than Christ. I suspect this trend will continue until they've managed to pervert these holy days beyond recognition. Perhaps Christmas will one day be regarded as a national celebration of homosexual liberation and man-boy love. Anyway, I think this strategy of distortion and corruption appeals to satan because it is such an grotesque mockery.

Apologies for my cynicism.
