How's about when you can name the basic facts of every pope in history?

Not that I know anyone like that. No one who could just randomly include these inane facts into casual conversations over beers.

Nope don't know anyone like that.... Right Camster?

i have a friend who can name every person who's ever been on Survivor in the order they were voted off. so i'm sure if that guy were Catholic he'd probably be able to name all the Popes.

When you record your answering machine greeting in Gregorian chant style....

When your dog is blessed at a pet blessing, you take its paw and make the sign of the cross for it...

(I've done both)

Also, when you say "Catholic Church" you automatically continue without thinking and say "watch over it Lord and guide it; grant it peace and unity throughout teh world".

I used to be able to do that until I stopped watching as regularly during the sixth or seventh season.

Oddly, it's hard to configure real estate searches for this criterion!

dUSt did that when he was house hunting - I remember a thread where he posted maps he'd drawn with circles around each parish and he concentrated his search where the circles converged - I can't find the thread, but I think it was suggested that someone might have had too much time on their hands

(this time it's the machine . . . I didn't do anything but hit reply)

When you've seen these so many times you have most of them memorized (because they're true of course!)

When you love them just as much as the first time you saw them!!! :D
