The literal translation is [i]This sacred Council[/i]. The title of Church docs usually come from the first line of the document.

I know how to "speak" Latin, I am very fluent in singing it, but I would like to take the course so I can fully understand and fully pour myself into the prayer.

I'd love to leanr more Latin, but it says a lot when the last schools in this area to stop teaching Latin were State schools-all the Catholic schools abandoned it years ago
