Yes, the book is fantastically awesome!!! :) I was reading it yesterday at the farm.

The incorrect interpretations of Vatican II only took a matter of a few years to take their toll on the Liturgy; therefore, I pray that our Church returns to the Mass that was intended by the Council within the span of Benedict's pontificate.

If I were Benedict, my first encyclical would simply tell eveyrone to go read Rerum Novarum since so many people tend to like ignoring it and worrying about the minutiae of their diocese.

I know that this is a broken record for me, but look at where I come from. Want to know what was intended....read Msgr. Bandas' implementation and Msgr. Schuler's continuation of the reform in the Liturgy in the history part of the St. Agnes website and then look at the desktops.....It is all Novus Ordo.

This is what was intended....there is one place on the planet that has followed Vatican Council II to the letter. No deviations. Period.

How is Mass celebrated? Oh yeah, correctly.

I am the young cleric....behind the older deacon, next to Bishop Welsh.

Interesting

Italian news sources say that Marini is going to be replaced.

Aren't these the same Italian news sources that prematurely predicted the pope's death?

Nope...not the same....Sandro Magister is not one of those journalists....I wonder if the good archbishop has learned the Iranian national anthem yet?

I second that. I wish the Latin Rite churches around here looked like that.
