Brother Adam
"Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince takes up the story of Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at this point in the midst of the storm of this battle of good and evil. The author has already said that the Half-Blood Prince is neither Harry nor Voldemort. And most importantly, the opening chapter of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been brewing in J.K. Rowling's mind for 13 years." I've only read the first book, but I'm willing to put money on that it is Ron Weasley.

jezic
umm why are you betting who it is? Does it matter? hehe jk. I think it will be that giant eagle hippogriff thing.
Thy Geekdom Come
Nope, it's Hagrid. He's half-giant and half-wizard. I also have my theory that Neville will defeat Voldemort.

jezic
i think the books are well written and a good read. There is some benefit in learning um..... well about something or another ...... hmm expanded reading horizons! thats it! Besides the world of "magic" is just a preparation for the real spiritual magic of life in Christ.

People are simply excited because children especially like to read them, and anything children will clamor to read must be good. But that is an agrument for another time. Noel's angel
people just get caught up in the hype of these things and forget to look and see what the content really is. I suppose the same could be said for religion-people forget the truth and get sidetracked by what is 'popular' at the time...
