ok so Im a geek haha

I got 1 of those really big rubber exercise balls, commonly known as a "swiss balls" because I knew they could be used as a chair.. I ahd used them before so I always wanted to have one of my own, now I do

it definatly does the trick.. it helps me sit straighe.. easier to do on this than a regular chair . you are constantly balancing yourself on it so it works the muscles that help keep you upright, so it betters your posture in general

Ive had it for about 3 days now, works really well!

God's Errand Girl

Unfortunately, my posture is forced because I had corrective surgery for scoliosis when I was 15. The metal rods in my back are pretty conductive to straight posture. I think it's dope, though, whenever someone compliments me on my good posture. Although, if I told them the truth, I think I'd sound a little creepy divluging that much information in small talk.
