Tony
It has come to my attention.. (well always has been to my attention).. that my posture is not all that great..specifically when I am sitting down at the computer here. I'm trying to work on it though.. I already have back pains from time to time. This idea might be totally lame and off the wall.. but I figured we could try enourage eachother to use a good posture while we are phatmassing and such. I will call this the "Posture Project" Simply list how long you wish to commit yourself to making an honest effort at using a good posture at your computer (or whereever you wish).. a day.. a few days, a week, its totally up to you.. make it a small period so its not overwhelming, then, go from there. I bring this here, just for the simple fact that I figured it would be good to try, posture is good for you lol I am going to try this until the end of Monday ps: Sit up straight
sweetpea316
Haha...what's weird is that people always tell me that I have too good of posture and that I'm not normal...especially for a teenager! I dunno, its just habit for me. Even when I'm chilling on the couch, I sit up all straight and people are like 'Are you comfortable??'...yeah... but yay for posture! God bless. annie
I am a physical therapist, and applaud your efforts! Remember, just like in our Church, wherever the head goes, so does the body follow. Without moving anything else, bring those ears directly over your shoulders and you will see a difference

I just wish I could raise the monitor
Let me tell you about these amazing things called "books". They're kinda flat and thick and fairly sturdy. You can stick them under your monitor to raise it!
