What is the difference between a secular, relegious, and diocesian priest?

thanks
Secular and diocesan priests are the same thing. They are priests who are attached to a diocese.

Religious priests are those priests who belong to a religious order, such as the Benedictines, Norbertines, Dominicans, etc.....
