VeraMaria
My two favorites are Adeste Fideles and Veni Veni Emmanuel ooohhh! Adeste Fideles!! In Latin is best, but it's also beautiful in Spanish!!

FutureSister2009
I have more than one. My favorite on this list is Away in a Manger but my most favorite is O Holy Night when it's done right, Josh Groban style. I love most Christmas carols but I've learned to despise Silent Night because of my pastor. Every single Christmas at every single Mass he goes "Let's all turn to the Baby Jesus and sing Silent Night nice and loud!" One of my friends said she always says "We woke Him up! Mary and Joseph are giving us the evil eye!"
