Theologian in Training
I was just discussing with my sister how I want to take the kids to see this movie!!! We have a neat old--very old--(I'm nostalgic) movie theatre in a nearby small town. Their matinees are cheap, and always packed. Kilroy, take Baby Crusader along with you to a matinee. Your kid won't be the only one acting up! It's a whole new (fun!) experience, believe me! Pax Christi. <>< There were plenty of kids when I went to see the movie. In fact, some of them in the front row thought it was funny to throw popcorn in back of them...darn kids <_<
gunz25
Hey, I just saw this movie with my family on Sunday and I was filled with the Christmas spirit...Well, the kind that makes you want to go out and shop! But anyhoo, yeah, if you are expecting some kind of rolling in your seats laughter Will Ferrell movie...this is not the movie to watch. But it is a GREAT kids movie and a good family outing. I liked it..but then again, I'm going to be an elementary ed teacher AND I've watched Finding Nemo like three times in the last three days!! Haha

I am no longer alone in being the only on who saw it. As Homer Simpsons would say, "woo hoo." God Bless

I want to take my girls club to go see a movie, and that one looked really good, but I don't know if its ok to take tem to. Well, there very minimal violence, no crass language, and one scene with alchohol, but it is more inferred than shown....so I would think it would be Ok for 10 year olds. As I recall, when I went there were a lot of young'uns there, and they could definitely have been 10yrs or older. Hope that helps. If you want to check out some of the scenes go to the movie site I linked in a previous thread. God Bless
